Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, California on the 19th of October, 1979. She is an American journalist, sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television host. She earned a bachelor's in sociology and communication from the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she was a part of several pro-am competitions. Sun was in films such as Goliath (2016) as well as Hit the Floor(2014-2016) A Perfect Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun was the one who penned and directed film Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch on the ocean's plastic pollution and its environmental effects in 2014, has released the full-length feature film.
